2019 Annual General Meeting

The Annual General Meeting for Lynn Valley United Church will be held on Sunday, June 23 immediately after worship.

The Board has approved the minutes of the Special General Meeting held on May 26 2019 to call Blair Odney as an ordained minister to LVUC, and the minutes of the 2018 Annual General Meeting, as permitted by LVUC bylaws. These will be presented to the 2019 AGM for information.

The proposed budget for the congregation to discuss and vote on is shown below, together with explanatory "Planning Assumptions." The budget was developed initially by the teams. It was reviewed with the congregation at a Budget Forum held May 13 and an amended version approved by the Board on June 12, 2019.
